I am based in New Jersey and provide basic refrigerators in all my residential rentals.

I'm a Newark native and have been in Jersey City for the last 7 years, where I have invested in my education and career to achieve what I've always wanted by my mid-20s- a six figure career in the city. 

Last month my clients closed on an a 3 bed 2 bath investment property in a lake community in Northern New Jersey for $162,000.

I have several ideas , 1) get rid off my credit card bills, or 2)  pay off my commercial loan which is 58k , and I would own the property outright and do a re-fi. 3)  Sell my properties and start fresh which all together I can possibly get 175k.I do have a full time job, which pays for my car note and my sister and I just share a mortgage in New Jersey for our private residency. 

Jersey City, for example, is much better!  

I have one rental in Pearland (77581) and one in the Jersey Village area (just East of Cypress).

I need help on finding buyers specifically in New Jersey and surrounded areas.

Well, back in Jersey we would just send a guy to break their knee caps, but that Soprano stuff probably don't float well in Montana :DI think you've received good advice already.

Areas of potential investment would be North Carolina, New Jersey, PennsylvaniaMaybe a better way to finance the deal is to just borrow some money from my parents, and pay them back when I can.
