So I don't really see a correlation to wholesalers.. who need no formal training other than the advice they get from a site like BP which can be good can be mediocre and can be poor, just like a paid for guru.. you have no clue as to who is behind some of these posts.  ,,, they need not pass a test , are not state regulated and have to adhere to a code of ethics apart from what ever the conscience tells them...

Once your friendly plan is not complied with, you need to follow your state's laws and go to court for either a formal payment plan or eviction.As for the vacancy timeline, 5 months or 1 year seems ways out of line.
