As far as wholesales go I've read and heard about a "master list"; how does one create this list, who do you have on it and why, where do you find these individuals at, how often does this list get updated?

Eventually when you get more marketing dollars you can send this task out to a Virtual Assistant or Service.I hope this information helps you get started.Wholesaling is about marketing to generate leads, having cash buyers, and getting properties under contract yourself, or partnering with other wholesalers on properties they have under contract.Good luck and Happy Investing!

How do you do credit/background checks on a corpoartion vs an individual? 

If it's above my level of ability to repair then I have a list of individuals who are reasonable priced and licensed and insured.
