Indianapolis is such a huge metro area with many different neigborhoods.  

We are in contract on a duplex in east nashville and are looking for a very good and through home inspector. 

I'm looking to for an agent in the Indianapolis, central Indiana area that works often with investors. 

Can both an inspector and structural engineering tell me if a house is structural intake? 

The inspector was actually pretty nice and helpful since this was my first.  

If you do work without permits and down the road go to sell as a triplex as an example and the buyer researches zoning regulations and occupancy levels on file, your deal will be dead and when the building inspector or code enforcement officer gets wind of it don't expect to be doing much business with him anymore.

I am looking for another good title company that will do a simultaneous closing without a full disclosure to everyone. Does anyone have a good suggestion?

Any developers out there who may be able to lend an ear to a few projects I have going on here in Indianapolis?

Probably so the title companies, inspectors and others involved can keep making money when checking a property (regardless of how many times they know it's clean). 

Maybe find a good inspector to help.
