I’d ask him for price range, level of rehab he’s capable or interested in doing, preferred market segment etc.Can u identify opportunities for added value?

I've identified a couple other markets that look similar to the one I'm active in, and could expand into if I built a team there.

Wondering about opinions from more seasoned investors on whether you believe getting a real estate license solely for MLS access, listing my own units, identifying pre-market listing opportunities, etc. would be valuable and worth the investment.

Your focus should be in identifying a good asset at the RIGHT price.
