I have no problem playing video games.

I have complained not only about them NOT cleaning it up, but I have also complained that they just "move it" to the bottom of this hill which totally makes this area unusable for play by my children.Not only that... it's just discusting, there's a cesspool of dog feces right outside my window.

IF they won’t tell you directly, they will probably at least give you a range that is close enough for your purposes if you show them you understand the way the game is played.

How can you take advantage of what you work so hard for so the people below you wouldn't be on the same playing field as you are on?

Though I do get that feeling 'played all along' is not pleasant.

I deal mainly with tax sale deeds and because the taxing authority only sends their bills out once a year, it is reasonable to realize that it could take a year before someone realizes that they are missing their bill and check into it only to find they do not any longer own the property.

Yea, 25% over night isn't bad... but I hear they are rejecting the offer, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Have to admit, eventhough I feel things will rebound here in a couple of years, I am playing on the safe side and stockpiling ammo, food, fuel, etc.
