From my experience on the financing side, DSCR loans are easy to structure and have a straight forward process.

Everything has been done in the process, this was the last step, I don’t want to miss out on this home, and I see a big opportunity to negotiate.

And how long was the process to get the house section 8 approved (all the paperwork, inspection, until a section 8 moves in)?
