point.if you want to be very successful at this answer the phone if you want to lose lead after lead set it up the way you do it.the hang up might have had 50 homes to sell.this is just so simple its stupid.. who is your demographic.. how many 20 to 30 YO's who are all switched on to google ( I did not even understand what you were talking about google this or that) own real estate with big equity.. simple question who owns real estate with big equity Generally speaking or say 97% of the time.I bought timber ground in Oregon for over a decade from private land owners and Jessica is exactly my target..

Unless you are there or know how to get the good deals, have a crew or someone you really trust to supervise the rehab the costs are significantly higher than what the people with boots on the ground pay.
