One of my best friends just moved out there so I would have "boots on the ground" to be able to look at properties. 

I'm starting from ground zero, but I'm ready to learn and get working!

I just talked to the guy I used to pull the tank from one of my old homes, he said to just ask for an inspection contingency just for the oil tank & part of that inspection would be to pull the tank out of the ground for the most thorough inspection out there.

Similar to what we see in commercial syndicated ground lease opportunities or certain residential areas where houses are built not on fee simple ground but on long term land leases.   

I am in Mt Airy as well and also in the start up phase of my real estate venture,  we should catch up sometime.Best,Robert
