Walnut Green Condos is the name...

After reading through the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide (thank you Josh and Brandon), and listening to the BP podcasts, I decided it was time to jump into the forums and get actively involved in the community.As far as RE/REI experience goes, I still consider myself very green but growing day by day.

Where would someone want to start that is totally green.

A little green.

Though I am very green . but if I happen to hear of anything I will let you know.

If you can walk a park in the fall, or winter look for green grass where everything should be dead.

The next step is to replace Coffee and Tea Ltd. with a Charbucks and toss the Linden Hills Coop out for a Wal-Mart superstore.

She simply said, I don't like this, I don't understand it, but I trust you so ok.After she saw the completed renovation and how easy it was to manage the rental, she instantly gave me the green light when a property across the street from our first rental came available.  

I am green and am looking to learn as much as I can, gain as much support as I can and finally do my first deal.
