@Shane Benson The other thing to remember if/when rates come down (who knows what the FED will do) buying that primary will be that much harder.

I have my landlord who seems to fed up managing his condo and looking to forgo his place. i haven't started any negotiations yet but he is looking to sell his 1950's condo 1 bedroom 500 Plus sqft at around 100k which is negotiable.

With everything going up, we need to get fed also.

I recently bought some land lots from my county deed auction resale the land is located in west tulsa Oklahoma in a class d neighborhood, my first thoughts are to cut the over grown grass and get a utility pole put onto the land and lease it out to travelers with rv trailers.

The places that work best for that are canton,fells point, fed hill hampden and some parts of Baltimore county such as cantonsville and Towson.

So again, review state and fed laws before you just start firing off texts. 

Look for tall grass, leaves, soon snow that has not been shoveled.

However the home is well kept with the grass cut, no for sale sign in the yard, and it seems the owners take pride in the appearance (decorations on the front door).
