I am a Real Estate Agent here in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I am looking to run my real estate business through an LLC to take advantage of some tax savings.

Airbnb doesn't make this obvious and most hosts miss it (thinking they've done what they need to do by listing it in the description), and if a guest complains about the doorbell and it's not listed there Airbnb bans your entire hosting account (and all of your listings) permanently, with no recourse.These are a very small percentage of hosts in the grand scheme of things, but for people with a lot of listings making the majority of money on Airbnb it's a lot of exposure/risk to have that all in one place with a company that has a history of just kicking people off the platform without any explanation. 

The best places are A) Within 10 minutes of downtown B) Walkable C) Close-ish to Grand Park in Westfield or D) Unique enough home to draw people there with pictures.

Lower middle class would be Lewisville, Garland, Arlington, Irving, Grand PrairiePoor would be South DallasA lot of growth has been in Far North Dallas in the last 5 years.

A desktop study is a couple grand. 

It is within 5-6 minutes to Disneyland and according to AirDna estimate each unit can bring up to 80 grand a year if I Airbnb it.Looking forward to your thoughs.

The slight variance can mean a few hundred grand more in your pocket in 30 years and a much better vehicle to save money in.

Rentals are very tight in Benzie at the moment and prices are generally  lower in Benzie County than TC or Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties.
