There are bargains to be had, but you have a lot of competition on the MLS, so go off. 

Knowing this will put you light years ahead of the local competition.

People are scared of Baltimore City...and that's fine with me....less competition.

that will dictate if you can get higher end tenants willing to pay more for these items and whether local market has competition for central air units.

But keep in mind there is still a ton of competition for cash flow assets and very limited supply in some markets. 

The inventory is low, prices and competition high, and the good deals when I don't move fast enough.  

., if I were you I would limit my search to properties that have been languishing on the market for a while, because if you run into any competition for this home, you likely will not be able to get it at the price you need to make a profit.

But, realize that our auctions are very competitive here, so if No One Else wants it for the price you have in it, then you likely don't want it either.BYW, these don't happen to be in Pal Mar, west of Jupiter off the Beeline Hwy, are they?

I would imagine a competitive market like NYC or nearby is going to be the same.  

Many people are recommending wholesaling as a place to start but there is so much competition doing that.
