The basic terms are as follows:Subject Property: <Property Name>Address: <address>Legal Description: <legal description> Purchase Price: $<number> (<Spell out the price> Dollars)Earnest Money, etc: With ratification of a purchase contract, $<number> (<spell out the number> Dollars) shall be deposited with the Title Company as Earnest Money.

Don't be too wordy or descriptive in the ad.

I have been to Singapore... and your description is right on.. we are staying at the millinum the one with the ship built on top of it.. and the longest infinity pool in the world and I think the highest off the ground  :)I could see living in Thailand for those that like the beachs and water.. its pretty great.. warm clear sand is like baking powder.. 

Again, there is no mention in either legal description or tax id of this lot being part of... thank you
