We are slowly learning more and more about what it will take to first, make our net worth positive and then second, gain financial freedom. 

I have gained so much from their program I can't easily do it justice in this forum. 

I am really finished with my current job and course in life, and am really looking to get into the real estate game, and hopefully one day in the future, gain that financial freedom!

But from what I've learned from the BP webinars/podcasts/forums/books (soo much good content) so far, our biggest gain in starting out is knowing how to analyze the numbers for a good deal!

New investor here hoping to gain some insight into different strategies for my first deal.

My intentions is to flip the house as soon as possible, and I thought that selling the house and use the money to reinvest it will be enough to avoid capital gains.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to what I can possibly do to gain ownership?

Recently (last few years) time has not been an enemy as RE pricing has been appreciating higher than the cost to hold, producing net gains for holding longer.
