You will drive yourself crazy if you try to make decisions off of predicting what local politicians will do.

My prediction is the migration to states such as Texas, Florida, Idaho, Tennessee is going to continue over the next four years. 

These are most predictable and desirable in the B- Class of neighborhoods. 

My son played football for Rocky Mountain College in Billings and we considered moving there and looked at a lot of houses with this Realtor who has become a friend.

Both scheduled to be completed by 2024.Nobody can predict the numbers going forward, I know the Tulum market extremely well because I have skin in the game and I am constantly running market studies to see where the market might be shifting, I am happy to share them with the BP community.

Only if the economy starts to slide, which Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan thinks may happen, predicting 4 rate cuts this year and in 2025 to “avoid tipping the economy over.”

I never assume something is going to appreciate because you cannot predict the future and I feel like that is a great way to get burned.  

All my goals point to Triplex&Hold, but there are few rent-cost & multi-fam ARV comps in the area, so it seems less predictable. 

I do believe because the rents have not caught up to the recent property appreciation (also shortage of supply and rising minimum wage) that rents will increase faster than inflation for at least 5 years but there are large studies that try to predict things like rent appreciation with varying degrees of success.   

Regardless of how predictable many elements have been, we are in turbulent economic times.
