How do they typically charge and when do they bill the client for things that need to get fixed on the property?

This only happens intermittently so we did not see it during inspections, and I did not see it when I went over there to fix a few things but the tenant has sent us a video of it happening.I understand from the tenant, and the previous property mgmt company that the unit was replaced a few months ago.

In that model, you provide the capital and the JV partner provides the know how and expertise.That's separate from a note servicer.

Some condos didn't require any rehab and the existing, cooperating tenants were more than happy to start paying us when we started fixing their condo up.

I have finally finished fixing up a rental and have listed it for rent.

I'm looking at an REO that is a prospective fix & flip for a client and the property is listed with a local brokerage. 

What would the rent be for this property after it is fixed up?  

If you have to house hack a single family house or even a condo that's not the end of the world, just look for something that you can fix up and force appreciation.     

Still in the process of fixing up the main floor unit from the abuse it took from previous renters.
