Selling and using ANY financing arrangement with an owner/buyer occupant the way you're suggesting is a violation of federal law.Better leave MH financing to dealers and registered lenders.

I’m doubtful, and I know it’s illegal in CA, but this is definitely a conversation you want to have with your lending lawyer.Understand too, that the BP Marketplace is nationwide (really worldwide) and you could unknowingly break laws in another state, or federally, if you are not careful.

Here, the restrictions aren't too bad as to residential, if they are on a federal register you may have other issues.The market is so unique that values may not be impacted at all by local market fluctuations, economic conditions or other factors that usually influence other homes, at least here.
