Where we moved is not in her school zone so my wife has not updated our new address on her drivers license out of fear that they will make us relocate her daughters school.

What that says to us is the consumer feels like they have money and therefore are not motivated by fear to save their money or immediately secure getting more of it.

I believe that this neighborhood will continue to go up in value, and wanted to double down during an uncertain time with high inflation and fears of interest rates rising.

I know it a bit of fear holding me back and I know the father and mother in law a very risk averse. 

I keep finding myself telling myself to just jailbreak my first property so I don't have to come up with a large down payment, while jailbreaking seems like a great investment tool I feel like I'm telling myself these stories to avoid my fear of asking for money.

I fear this will be one of those newbie 12 mo ++ flipps that ends up loosing money (holding costs, project over run,  dropping ARV, increasing time on market blabla). 

The fear you are experiencing is simply being unsure of the outcome of an event, which is normal.

They don't want to go anywhere near the fuse box for fear of getting electrocuted, so they call the landlord...at (here's where you pick the most inconvenient time imaginable) to come running out to unscrew the old fuse, and screw in the new fuse. 

While the blockchain technology in theory sounds applicable to everyday homeowners and investors, I fear larger institutions are going to take advanatge and control the market.

I fear this could raise red flags.
