I wanted to know what other investors want as a profit on each flix/flip. 

MLS deals almost never work because they aren't distressed and can't be bought at a discount.I'll give you a live example of one I just took a shot at here in PA.

In a market where buyers a bountiful, sellers have too many other options to consider, before accepting an offer from someone trying to assume their loan. 2) Anyone who has owned their home for 3+ years is sitting on a substantial amount of gained equity from appreciation.

I haven't invested with them, but I had him on my podcast a while ago and felt he was a very solid operator with no fluff and good experience.
