My friend has agreed to let my family inherit the property after his passing, and I would like to pass this down to my children.

How do you go about contacting a trust that owns vacant land, The owner passed away 6 years ago and when you look up the vacant lands address on the county the decised property owners address is still on there from 6 years ago?

Typically, language like this is placed on the contract to help pass an IRS sniff test.
