It is extremely transparent in intent and will draw the ire of the judge for attempting to circumvent the law. 

Hello @Eli Rods, I attempted to appeal tax assessment on a multifamily back in the last recession when tax valuations were high but market valuations and rents prices were low in my area (2008ish).  

@Logan:  I think it is best to talk to at least 2 CPA's that understand what you are attempting to do.

It may be a big endeavor, but the pay out could be amazing.

The larger and usually more sophisticated investors demand a known quantity in regard to the sponsor.Less than 5% of new sponsors attempting their first capital raise are able to successfully raise enough money to launch.
