Without looking I had already met and put together not just resources but business associates - people that not only help me to continue learning and growing but genuinely have an interest in my business.Going through the process of finding lenders I found some select lenders that provided (HELOC) or can provide the essentials of what I can rely on when it comes to acquiring my next loan.In hind sight it seemed relatively easy.

We're in the position of being able to travel in 3-4 years and are questioning whether or not we want to manage "from the road" (especially the leasing activities; selecting tenants, trusting someone else to do that, etc.)

Also, if your local MLS  offers a printable 1004MC report (after you select comps) you can use that to gauge market trends and determine a pricing strategy when ready to relist.

As petroleum prices sink to newly tested lows, expect the trickle-down effect to take a toll on the cities in Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and fracking states, like Ohio.While Charlotte and Atlanta are both good investment locations in 2016, I believe it is safe to say that Seattle is going to take the cake in 2016.
