I believe we will see a "false bottom" in 2009.I wouldn't be surprised to see a mini national real estate rally spurred by monumental "incentives" throughout 2009.

My father is going to occupy the maids quarters which is really a 1 bedroom standalone house in the backyard. the main house is not a duplex, but a 3 level house that has a 2 bedroom on 1st floor, 3 bedroom on 2nd, and 3 bedroom on 3d.It is 3 separate apartments and for whatever reason the previous owner had 3 separate electrical meters put in.

As far as the 1st property goes, isn't there some value if the property pays for itself.How much value is there in a property that is ALMOST DOUBLE the price you should pay for it but has owner financing?

In the master bedroom alone one outlet will only have two wires (1 black and 1 white) the next outlet will have six wires (3 black and three white) and the next will have 5 (two black, two white, and a green ground)Confused.
