That is what a true turnkey provider does.These particular companies are referred to as promoters.  

So right now I will be making 90k a year... however I’m looking to be promoted in June and if so I can make anywhere from 100k to 150k depending on how long I work out at sea for, how much overtime I work, and which class ship I get on.

If you don't though, and you get swept up in this "prices always go up", "1% will give you cash flow", "cash flow = rent - PITI", "there are huge tax benefits" and similar myths promoted by groups with a vested interest in selling properties, its easy to end up with a property that sucks money out of your pocket each month.

That being said, Houston's population growth, diverse economy, and relatively affordable housing market make it an attractive location for multifamily investments.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.
