I'm excited to start some discussions here on the forum to learn from the veterans and with the newbies.

I'm in Oklahoma, but I absolutely love making connections over BP on all kinds of discussions...In this post I just want to see who uses professional real estate photography, and why you do!

Most of the investors that replied to this discussion, and BP overall tend to avoid these areas, for obvious reasons.

Tell them what your going to do and be open to discussion.

The rent was questioned for one of my tenants, so there was actually a back and forth with a section 8 rep that we actually showed and discussed comps we knew of and found in the market.

However, I do think you will find the workshop to be of value as we cover a lot throughout the course of three days.We do spend some time at the workshop discussing how our coaching and consulting can be of value to your real estate investing business long-term.However, if it doesn’t interest you I totally understand.I would never claim that our program is the cheapest or the only way to get educated.

It’s ok if the buyer has an ITIN Number we can still pull credit just like a SSN.  20% is a great down payment, we can discuss terms of the loan.  

This is an interesting discussion, I have never heard that hotel room rates have a direct correlation with the housing market.

It's been vacant for a few years. no radiators. the plumbing pipe condition unknown.I contacted 3 HVAC contractors. 2 recommeded mini splits. 1 suggests gas heat pump.I found some discussions on BP about mini splits with favorable experience.
