As you can see in the pics I have attached that everyone in the cul-de-sac has a somewhat similar back yard.What I planned on doing is clearing the small shrubbery you can see in the first part of the back yard and making it more welcoming and nice.

I am a 26 year old that bought a house in Delaware 3 years ago with the intentions of doing some small updates and then moving on and renting the place out.

But it would require reconfiguring a few utilities, so it's not something I'm including de facto in the analysis.
