Knowing the condition of the homes and estimated cost to make ithem marketable will be key to your capital planning.

I would love to hear specific details because this doesn't make sense.

The manufacturer Pergo has an online installation guide in .pdf form that details how to do this well.

It would also be good to have knowledge on what rehab costs are or at least have someone that is a contractor able to give you rehab estimates on the property. 

Do you know of any good resources that you prefer that may give more detail about lease option assignments?

I scope out a property, write an estimate and negotiate with the contractor to make sure that the policyholder gets back into their home and the insurance company does not get screwed over in the process.As real estate investors we are always wondering if I'm paying the right amount for this job.
