Josh Finally headed for home-by train!

All the training is systematized so I literally hand them a document and they train themselves.

My 2 year old is talking and potty training and has quite the little attitude.

I'd think that most people don't have any idea of the level of training, determination and sacrafice required to get past the hump of being a good school athlete and get to a national level and then go beyond to the world stage.

I don't drive looking for abandoned homes or waste my gas in general doing blind searches, I research, find, do my due diligence, then go after the top or highest equity props - knock on doors, hand deliver mail, and will mail out to those specific homes I am gunning for.

Makes me wonder what her background/training is.

It was a one-off for super well qualified folks, not something that can be delivered consistently.

I thought it was strange that there were no recent comments on the free training site.

after tailgating for the first time and having a ball we were leaving the game and heading into NYC when we met a group of American girls at the train station leaving the game. we got talking and I took a liking to one particular girl ( my now wife ).

what is my commission split, what are the costs of working in your office, what type of training do you provide etc etc
