As a new landlord of a mobile home park in Florida, I have already experienced my share of tenants moving out in the middle of the night or with extremely short, as in 5 minutes from now and I still haven’t paid rent this month, move out notice.

Also the sliding lock latch of same doors is rusted, one so much that the door can not be unlocked to open it on one unit.If there is not a mobile repair company, it there a place one can buy the parts?

In fact, if your situation (at age 24) is due to your own actions, dedicated savings, savvy investing, and wealth-building knowledge, you probably should be giving us advice lol.That said, if you are still interested in REI, find a reasonably-priced property that you can afford to make some mistakes on, and BRRRR it.Best of luck though!!

After you’ve made those selections you can hover over various cities to see CAP rates (I believe the latest data is H2 2019, and the site isn’t the most mobile friendly so it’s better on a desktop).
