I have a 3 bed 2.5 bath 1100 SQ/ft town home that I am currently house hacking.

OBX is a great place, but it will take a very long time to be cash positive based on its current pricing, management fees and the short season.We were going to also use it during offseason but its just a pain to get too.

If you don't currently own a primary, househacking is where I'd start.

Looking around Saint Lukes, KU Medical Center, and The University of Missouri to rent mostly to travel nurses/ professionals. 

I am currently renting out one of my short term rental houses to ALE for 1.5 month and rent is $6800.

I am currently using apartments.com since I was using cozy before and apartments.com both them, but since then I was looking for a replacement.I checked before Zillow but it was not user-friendly, however, I have just checked it back since Nicholas comment, and it seems that is a better solution than what I have today.There is also a new app called rent.app that it seems good as it has an app.

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone with experience could give me some insight to the current market.
