If you think about it, in these market efficient times, with zillow and internet things and almost noone can scam buyer or the seller.....why would anyone want wholesale since the house is tear down quality anyway.I can't see more business that's as dishonest as the wholesaler, you need to say bad orange is good orange.

"realforeclose.com" is a big one... but they will put the county name in the title as well... so for Orlando, it is https://myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/index.cfm  Orange County is where Orlando is located. 

I am a property manager and relatively green investor in Orange County, CA.

It's really comparing apples and oranges.  

We are based in Orange Beach AL & specialize in helping out of state investors acquire STR property here along our beautiful coast! 

LOL I left Orange country and went to Dayton, Oh to build my portfolio.I'm looking to get back in the CA market.

We have outgrown our current CPA and with the amount of projects we're doing it's crucial we find someone soon.  

@Mitch White not in those counties but we are in Orange County and Brevard County just a bit further north.

Am I missing something crucial in this due diligence period?
