My experience makes me believe that most of the real hard-line, no exceptions types on BP do not have a whole lot of high level business experience, and so they get their conception of what "business-like" means from a combination of stereotype and wishful thinking.Frankly, I think the reason you don't want other landlords to compromise is that when your competition compromises, it makes it harder for you to hold a hard line.I would rather work with good tenants who experience one of life's little bumps than deal with a vacancy.

The key is to think outside the box when the environment is trying to tape that box close.Knowledge is the key to success...so as long you are familiar with the over 20+ ways and combinations thereof of controlling properties for a profit, you will never have to ask the ARV question and you will not be limited to your strategies.Remember, Markets change frequently and your knowledge should afford you the opportunity to recognize the change and act upon it accordingly with a shift of Strategy.

The conductors are insulated separately, then combined together into a cable, which has an additional layer of insulation (aka "sheathing").The cables should be marked with a gauge.
