I never advocate the landlord paying for something that is consumed by tenants because there is no motivation for conservation - and therefore, including "it" in the rent will never be a good solution. 

If it is consumer debt, personally I suggest to avoid investing in real estate until you eliminate consumer debt and change the habits that cause the problem as those habits will undermine any wealth building real estate can offer you.  

Besides my initial statements in the complaint, I was never asked to provide supporting evidence, which I said I have.Going forward, short of sifting through past months’ - years’ worth of - enforcement actions, I don’t see a way for a consumer to readily know that a given company/licensee has had a sustained complaint in TN, unless they got suspended.

Consumers will find lower travel costs, as airlines will continue to significantly discount ticket prices to stimulate demand.

But it's extremely time consuming and it's just not scalable once you get to a certain size and are trying to research multiple markets at once.  

I know here in Colorado if you are the owner and have 4 or fewer properties, you have a bit more say in who rents the property but you still need to be careful.

A heloc will have fewer fees up front, and you only have to pay interest on the money when you put it to use.

We formed an LLC, made some products, did some contracting work here and there (on top of our day jobs) and made a decent amount of money, but it consumed every ounce of free time for 2 years.

I am doing it manually right now and sending photos but wanted to reach out and see if anybody had a system in place that is less time consuming.

It caps them at 5% PLUS the applicable Consumer Price Index.
