We use them for our 14 unit property and the process was simple.

Also, there's a process which will cost money to put a mobile home on top of the lot including movings costs, hook ups, set-up fees, etc. 

I have advised many others through the process - there's some tax consequences you should be aware of.

I already went through the eviction process and got the final judgement from the court.

I assume the process isn’t too different than investing out-of-state, especially since PR is a commonwealth of the US.
