We started a LLC through Incfile in Florida.Now, we are definitely going to get a real estate attorney's help, but I wanted to prepare ahead and think of all possible scenarios to be included in the operating agreement so we can have a productive and comprehensive discussion.So on that note, does anyone have any examples of operating agreements in Florida?

It takes time for investors to get interested, to get introductions to the right people at the right funds, to take back-and-forth questions, negotiate terms, choose who to let in for the round (if you are lucky and get a lot of interest) and close the round with participating investors.

I know this post is not very comprehensive but I'd like to get the discussion moving to be reach the comprehension I need.Thanks all!
