I know with mine, believe it would've shown different addresses over the years because I moved many times...the court will be able to find them even if they no longer live in a previous address? 

Other pertinent info, I own a duplex that we currently house hack but will be moving into a new home in Babcock Ranch later this year.

Is there an obvious answer for what's the better move to finance either the landscaping and home improvement projects?
