I've been subscribed to it for a couple of years now and, so far, they have been spot on with their analysis.By the way, I know what zip codes are appreciating and which aren't because of Housing Alerts.

My thought is Livonia is pretty central and may have some decent locations, and some spots near Plymouth have great highway access!

Tenants would like me to add a gravel parking spot for them on the side of the home. i think it would look nice but does that truly add any value to the property?

So if the original folks you reach out are passing on you, you can always go down the talent ladder until you find the folks who are in the spot in their career that coincides with the spot you are in with your investing.

North and NW Dallas look to be good spots but it seems like there are some good properties just SW of downtown as well. 

Lots of owners dont reinvest and are losing out on financing opportunity.Ive increased most of my rents by 150-200 per unit with a 2k-4k investment. 35k all in appears to be the sweet spot in my area.

@Dominik Makaneole we just vacationed in a spot in Florida that we fell in love with.

I also wouldn't allow storage in a garage without extra rent payment because a garage spot is worth something to one of the tenants.
