I would just encourage you to chat with an experienced real estate attorney so you can see the risks you face - once you see that you can decide for yourself how much protection you would like to invest in.The only real problem with asset protection is that you don't know you need it until it is already too late.

If you form a good relationship with a hard money lender you can get some very favorable terms.I would try to find a few lenders and chat with them about your plans, etc. 

Or call the property managers in that area and start chatting to get an idea of rent prices. 

I see many turo driven teslas at the super chargers.. when we super charge its like a coffee Klatch we all chit chat  :)  whether its a great investment as a business I don't know but to get a free car sounds pretty cool to me..
