I originally started a rehab on my own (by lead certified contractor) to remove lead based paint out of the areas that were contaminated .I started with the inside of the unit first (replacing windows, window sills, door and door frames).

(Upwards of 200k) my yearly income is around 40k.I want to househack but apparently I can’t use the rental income I’d get from the other 3 units because I have no prior landlord experience.I can’t use a co-signer because they’d have to certify that they’re living in the property with me.I have around 55k saved but it’s all in the stock market and I’d prefer to leave it alone.

As I was putting utilities back in my name, I drove a tenant to City Hall and to the Natural Gas company (where he was behind on payment) to pick up the remainders of his deposits which he didn't realize he was entitled to get back.
