Know that while you can find them cheaper at foreclosure - often it is at the expense of the risk you are taking not knowing what is going on inside the home.  

They could not live in the cabin but can stay long-term from November through February to appeal to winter Texans, and that is when we are slower.

They usually have a form that has the tenants information so they can contact in case of emergency
