Would love to build a network of other midterm rentals owners and managers to collaborate with. 

You will benefit yourself far more in the long run by networking locally and finding a seasoned real estate agent/broker that specializes in working with investors, both building and liquidating portfolios. 

If they see you haven't pulled any they will at least pull out or possibly contact the building department. 

The next year, we lived in an apartment building with two bedrooms, a tiny kitchen/dining/living room, a community bathroom 100 feet down the hall, and community showers two floors down (no elevator) and at the opposite end of the building.

My team and I are looking to partner with muti family investors around the  country, whatever it looks like, we specialize in acquisitions and have been wholesaling for about 5 years, we would like to start as equality partners and bring deals to others we have systems to hit a lot of leads and experience in talking with all kind of seller's, we would love to bring vulve to others and slowly build up and eventually be full  time in real estate.

After season is over I intend to build a manufactured home on my property and move into it and expand from there.
