That's because we filed immediately, the tenant did not respond to anything, and my contractor picked up paperwork from the court the day it was signed and brought it right to the sheriff's office.

I don't recall if they were prohibited or not.My contractor brought the paperwork right to the sheriff's office in Fort Lauderdale for the Writ, to avoid any inter-office mail delay.
