We don't have kids and I will be as flexible as I can be to accommodate what you need.I'm happy to do whatever you believe would be most helpful, wether that's actually doing some of the rehab work (I'm handy, and can also learn quickly if it's something I haven't done previously), or if you need me to follow up on leads, or walk a property that you can't get to.

Here we are 12 months later and they have been a great tenant so I intend to follow through with our agreement and create an addendum to their lease.  

I know I have overpaid for properties near where I live, because I know the area well and I follow the infrastructure plan year in advance.

You can’t make this stuff up.We have an applicant who had the following 4 charges expunged from her record:-aggregated assault -burglary-criminal attempt - CRIMINAL HOMICIDE -conspiracy- aggravated assault Sounds like a model citizen, right?

I have been following a home for quite some time on Auction.com that was due to be auctioned off at the court house.
