Cashflow Guys actually cover a lot of different topics as do Brandon and Josh on the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast for some time now.

I know building something from scratch could be a MUCH bigger challenge than buying used beat up crap.

I have met so many people through places like Bigger Pockets that were local to my area (even met a colleague once from another state who reached out to have coffee when he was traveling into the area). 

I am also currently studying to get my CPA licence.As far as Real Estate goes I do not have much experience, I have taken the free course on bigger pockets and listen to the bigger podcast every week.

My question is- am I better off continuing to save and buy something bigger/better later down the road OR do I jump into this as a temporary primary residence and future long term rental?
