Taking all that aside, a lot of folks outside of millennials would like the amenities you are talking  about but agree that new developments depending on where they are located are apt to take into consideration target market and needs / desires of that audience even more.My overall thought is interesting, but what makes a great community is a nice mix of folks and many want the same amenities you are talking about.
