Once the contact is generated, I make a brief note stating what the seller said in the voicemail, mark the lead status as "Make first Contact", assign the lead to myself inside the CRM (just in case you work with others), and ALWAYS create a task!

The lease states: Landlord agrees to make all necessary repairs to structural portions of the Premises, including the roof, exterior walls, foundation, and exterior sewer line.When preforming agreed upon repairs all the toilets were flushing and operating, not clogging.The tenant has been occupying the building for two months and emailed me yesterday saying that all the toilets were clogging.

*I do not wish to trick my employer or any financial institution, I simply want to take advantage of the 5% multifamily down-payment and flexibility of my corporate job. you need to notify your employer where you are living and adjust your employer taxes as well as each state has different employee/employer laws and benefits.Regarding marking remote or wisconsin, not sure where that comes into play.
