My next deal will be a BRRRR so I can pull money out of the deal but I was more so seeking cash flow at this point.

Also seek to repurpose square footage. 

I would highly suggest find seeking a investment meet up groups where people have serious experience. 

I’m not interested in seeking anyone outside of them.
