 Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?

I'm in a very similar boat and was told to do a DSCR loan you need to wait 3 months seasoning period.Some lenders will allow under 3 months of seasoning however they will use the lower of cost basis and as-is appriased value when underwriting

I allowed him to speak to understand his side of the story but told him even if the accusation was true, he should have spoken with the guy one-on-one.

The insurance company allows an additional 25% increase in cost; but we all know after a hurricane it will most likely be way more than 25%

@Myriel Pita, you're in a seasonal business.

This allows you to maximum profit on the sale and lower the payment of the loan, just make sure the ARV or sale price is good. 

Having a standard W2 job will allow you to get loans easier if you want to start buying investment properties. 

I met a future business partner at a live auction although it didn't work out.
