I agree the taxes are the same assuming dealer status however I don't think we need to hide ownership.

That's all.Its like me buying a Mercedes Benz and the dealer telling me that I cannot drive it for 90 days or I cannot resell it to a willing buyer!

The last time I went to the dealer to get a spare key for my Bentley they charged me $742 (free parking, however).
